Hi! I'm Chloé! I have no brothers or sisters and no pets. I live with my Mom and Dad in a house three blocks away from school. I'm one of the youngest kids in our class and I'm pretty small so everyone always thinks I'm even younger than I am.That drives me crazy. Let's see, what else about me. Well, I love to read. I read every chance I get. I read while waiting for the bus, in the lunch line, after finishing my homework (and sometimes before, but don't tell anybody!) and before going to sleep.
In my room which you can get to by clicking on the door, you'll be able to get my list of favorite books by clicking on the books in my bookcase. I also love movies. I get that from my parents who are both film makers. My whole family is into movies. My dad likes to organize special movie weekends. We'll do stuff like watch "Citizen Kane," (a movie by the famous director, Orson Welles based on the life of William Randolph Hearst) on a Friday night.
Then on Saturday, we get up and drive down to San Simeon and visit Hearst Castle, this neat old place that used to have its own zoo and everything. One day we watched "American Graffitti," a movie about teenagers in the early sixties by George Lucas (who later directed the Star Wars Trilogy) and then went out to have dinner at Mel's Drive-in that was featured in the movie. One fun thing you can do no matter where you live is to rent and watch both "Emma" and "Clueless" and then make a list of the way the stories are the same and the way they are different. You can do the same thing with "Sabrina" with Audrey Hepburn and "Sabrina" with Julia Ormonde. In the meantime, come on into my room and take a look at my stuff!
