We can provide information on various Web index and search services (such as Yahoo, AltaVista, Lycos, Excite, etc). If you desire, we can also include your Web site in our database we periodically refer to these services.

Our Web server provides Imagemap, Perl (v5), and many standard CGI scripts built-in. Development or installation assistance with more advanced custom scripts is available.

LiveZone servers support SSL-encrypted Web pages for high-security and online commerce applications. Your clients will be assured that they're dealing with your genuine Web site, and you'll know that your secure Web pages can't be read by anyone but you and your clients; encrypted Web pages can't be "hacked" as they pass across the Internet.

Our servers can support certificates from any current Certificate Authority (eg., Verisign and Thawte). We can help you obtain a new certificate, or install one you already have. You can send and receive email through your own password-protected POP3 account (as used with Eudora, Netscape, Explorer). This gives you your own custom Internet email address yourName@yourDomain.com.

Our mail server can automatically forward received mail to any email address you desire. For example, email addressed to info@yourDomain.com or sales@yourDomain.com can be forwarded to your regular email address, either on the LiveZone server, or another Internet service provider (eg., Earthlink, Pacific Bell DSL, AOL, etc).

LiveZone offer a package of comprehensive Web Site activity reports. We use Webtrends for the on-demand reports. Do you need to know where your users are coming from? What's popular? When? Which browser versions they're using? Updated daily at midnight, these reports are immediately available to you as on-demand pages that can be saved as Excel or Word or HTML. They'll let you can track Web site activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. And best of all, you can access them whenever you want, using your regular Web browser.

Should our standard activity reports not meet your needs, we'd be pleased to assist you in developing a custom report facility. (These could include up-to-the-minute or threshold-based report generation.)

Your private FTP site has its own host name, (eg., ftp.yourDomain.com), and includes a password-protected administrative account. Public access to your FTP site can either "anonymous", or require password-protected usernames. We'll email you monthly reports so you can monitor your FTP site activity. Your FTP site will "borrow" the storage and transfer allowances of your regular Web site, and additional allowances will be billed at our regular supplemental site storage and activity rates.

Special requests for administrative changes not specifically listed elsewhere in this price list are performed on a time-and-materials basis. Such changes include: lost password, user name changes, customizing virtual server configuration, copying Web content from floppy-disk or ZIP drive, correcting file-permissions, performing file conversions, restoring files from our backups, and so on.

Administrative changes must be requested either by fax or email to webmaster@livezone.com. Each request should specify the work to be performed, and the maximum dollar amount authorized to be charged; we'll inform you if the requested work would exceed the authorized dollar limit.

Administrative changes: $60 per hour (billed in 10-minute increments)

We charge for your use of server disk storage. Storage for all Web, FTP, and email facilities for each client is combined, and is charged in increments of megabytes (MB) per month or fraction of a month. Each Web site and FTP site package provides a maximum storage allowance; allowances vary between packages. Storage in excess of your standard package allowance is available if needed. Should your requirements significantly exceed your standard allowance, you should arrange for your additional allocation in advance of your need.

We charge for your use of Internet communications links to send and receive data. Transfer for all Web, FTP, and email facilities for each client is combined, and is charged in increments of megabytes (MB). Each Web site and FTP site package provides a maximum data transfer allowance; allowances vary between packages. Transfer in excess of your standard package allowance is available if needed. Should your requirements significantly exceed your standard allowance, you should arrange for your additional allocation in advance of your need.

We charge for the transaction-load you impose on our servers; each transaction "server-hit" corresponds to a CGI execution fork or a request made to the httpd or ftpd server on an IP address attributable to your Web or FTP site. You get 2000 free server-hits per 10 MB of data transfer, based on the data transfer allowance of your Web site or FTP site package, plus any additional transfer purchased (see above); additional server-hits are charged in increments of 1000 hits. We've found that in normal use, our clients don't exceed this standard allowance.
