Scheduled Hours of Operation

LiveZone servers are intended to be available from the Internet 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our goal is to provide our customers with 100% server uptime. That being stated, due to the rapidly evolving nature of the Internet technologies we employ, our goal is not easily reached.

If you (or your clients) are having difficulty in reaching our servers, please let us know. The problem may lie beyond our control (eg., with your ISP, our ISP, somewhere within the Internet), or it could be something we did wrong. In any case, we'd like to do what we can to make your experience with LiveZone as trouble-free as possible.
