Operations - Scheduled Maintenance

The HTTP (Web) server is scheduled to be unavailable for 2 seconds from 23.59.59 (Pacific Time) every night until 00.00.01 the next morning. This is necessary to update the server's log necessary for our customers' Web activity reports.

The FTP and HTTP servers may also be unavailable for short periods of time (less than 5 minutes) as maintenance or version upgrades become necessary. If we expect service outages for longer periods of time, we'll advise your technical contact in advance by email.
