We now use Webtrends. Please go to:
Click on the "Login" button and enter the username and password you requested for your reports.
By default, the username is the same as you use for FTP access to your Web site, and "password" for password. If
you wish to specify a different username or password for accessing reports,
you must request it from the LZWebmaster @ LiveZone.com.
Your reports are updated daily as of midnight exactly. Daily, weekly, and
monthly reports are processed starting at midnight, and should be ready
for viewing by 12.10 AM.
A single report username can provide access to reports for any number of
Web sites; if you're able to view reports for more than one Web site, you'll
be presented with a list of all your Web sites.
Then you should see the listing of your report or reports highlighted. Click on the report you want to see and then click on "Reports" and this new window will pop up and have 3 frames. The top left frame is the calendar (scroll if you don't see it), and the bottom left counter is the listing of all the reports. The right frame is the graph and statistics of the reports.
Click on "Summary" folder in the bottom left frame and then "General Statistics" This gives you a general report. There is a description of the terms on the right side frame and there is always a "?" for help with full explaination.
